After reading many publications about food storage, Leslie and Lisa joined forces to simplify it. Since publishing their best-selling book in 1999, they have been popular speakers and filmed two segments on food storage for the KBYU-TV Living Essential Series.
Leslie is a regular presenter on the subject at university-sponsored events. Leslie, mother of 3, has a degree in Home Economics and Lisa, mother of 5, majored in political science.
